I’m looking forward to speaking at The Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Forum 2026 in Melbourne on Thursday, 12 November at Crown Melbourne on legal wellbeing.
As a former workplace relations and safety lawyer and an international mental health speaker with more than 18 years’ experience across law, legal wellbeing and human performance, I’ll be speaking about trauma-informed practice and vicarious trauma.
I’m looking forward to exploring this important topic with you – including how lawyers and other high-performing professionals can navigate the psychological demands of modern practice.
During my years working in the legal industry, I saw the need for practical, powerful nervous system regulation tools specifically designed for lawyers. That led me to create The Lawyer’s Mind Courses and Retreats – pioneering, first-of-their-kind offerings for the legal profession combining neuroscience, practical skills training, legal wellbeing and Vedic Meditation.
Through an evidence-informed approach, lawyers and professionals are equipped with practical tools to support psychological safety, self-regulation and trauma processing, while building the capacity to sustainably perform in demanding professional environments.
I’m excited to share more about this work and connect with others who are passionate about the future of wellbeing in the legal profession.
